We ship from Poland to most countries worldwide. Exact cost and available delivery methods are always shown in the cart, before you pay.
In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days. Preorder items ship on the estimated date shown in the pre-order tab.

The available carrier depends on the destination. Some countries have several options, others one. We do not offer free shipping above any order value.

Orders with a preorder
If your order has a preorder item and an in-stock item, we ship everything together once complete by default. Want the in-stock items sooner? Order them separately. Shipping is charged per parcel.
Duties & taxes outside the EU
For shipments outside the EU (e.g. USA, UK), customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply. They are charged by the destination customs and paid by the customer, usually on delivery. Store prices do not include these charges.

Tracking
Once shipped, we email you a tracking number.
Damage or loss in transit
We are responsible for the parcel until it is in your hands. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email unveiltrueform@gmail.com. If tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, check your pickup point, neighbours and building reception, then write to us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier. Once you or someone you named has collected it, or it was left where you asked the courier to leave it, the parcel is in your care.
Uncollected parcel
If a parcel returns uncollected, we refund the price minus actual costs (shipping both ways). Re-shipping is at the customer’s cost.
