Email unveiltrueform@gmail.com with your order number, or use “Start a return”.

Pack it

Item with tags and original packaging. Ship it to the return address below.

Get refunded

Keep your proof of postage. We refund once we receive the parcel or proof of shipment.

Good to know

Size exchange

Preorder: change size free until the deadline in the pre-order tab. After delivery: swap to an available size at your shipping cost.

Faulty items

Faulty or wrong item? Email us with photos. We reply within 14 days and cover return and re-shipping.

Uncollected parcel

If a parcel returns uncollected, we refund the price minus actual shipping costs. Re-shipping is at your cost.
