Production begins once the preorder window closes. Most orders ship within the window shown in the status section above, you'll get a tracking email the moment yours leaves.
Yes, up until the deadline shown on the policy board. Sizes can be swapped while the new size is still in stock and production hasn't started.
Orders shipped internationally may incur import duties or VAT set by your local customs office. These are paid by you on delivery and aren't included in the order total.
Reach out before production starts and we'll sort it out. Once an item is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
